Consumer Platform Agreement
The agreement governing household use of Aktoh.
Your plan
A flat monthly fee plus AI usage. Usage is billed as the cost of the AI models used plus Aktoh's published per-1M-token rate for your plan, which is a margin on top of model cost. Adventurer has no platform fee and no included credits — you pay only for usage, across unlimited devices.
Spend alerts
Spend alerts show usage against your shared pool and a projected month-end cost. Alerts are not spending limits; usage beyond the pool remains billable at model cost plus your plan's published Aktoh rate.
Consent and control
Nothing that touches your money or accounts happens without your explicit approval. Monitoring of another adult's devices requires their consent.
Privacy
No person reads your messages. Screening happens on your device and nothing is sold.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime; you are billed for usage already incurred.
