Business Platform Agreement
The commercial agreement governing business use of the Aktoh platform.
Subscription and fees
A flat monthly or annual platform fee plus token usage. Pooled credits are included per tier, reset monthly, and do not roll over; purchased credit blocks roll over for 12 months.
Overage
Usage beyond the pool is billed per 1M tokens at your tier's published rate, monthly in arrears.
Authority and approvals
Consequential actions require human approval by default. Approval policy per action class is configurable by the customer.
Data and confidentiality
Customer data remains the customer's property. Aktoh processes it only to deliver the service.
Term and termination
Monthly or annual term, cancellable at renewal; usage accrued before termination remains payable.
