What we collect
Account details, billing information, telemetry from the nodes you connect, and the content an agent needs to answer the question you asked. Household message and payment screening runs on your device; the message body is not uploaded.
Why we collect it
To operate the fleet, to bill usage accurately, to investigate incidents you ask us to investigate, and to meet legal obligations.
Model training
We do not sell your data and we do not use customer data to train third-party models. Detection improvements are derived from anonymized, aggregated signal only.
Retention
Audit logs are retained for the term of your agreement plus the retention window you configure. You can export or request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Access, correction, portability, and deletion, plus the state-specific rights described under Do Not Sell or Share.
