Credits top themselves up automatically and protection never pauses. Usage past the pool bills as the cost of the AI models used plus $2.15 per 1M tokens, and you're alerted at 50%, 80% and 100% of the pool with the projected month-end figure — so the fleet is never limited by a balance, and you're never surprised by one.

What a credit is. One credit is 1M tokens of agent reasoning. A quick scam check is a fraction of one; a full intrusion investigation can be dozens.
What overage means. Past the pool nothing stops — work bills as the cost of the AI models used plus $2.15 per 1M tokens (the Aktoh rate is our margin on top of model cost, not a pass-through), and Professional is cheaper per token than every plan below it.
What the alerts do. Credits re-up automatically, so the system always defaults to protecting you rather than being limited by a balance. You're told at 50%, 80% and 100% of the pool, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
The same usage on Adventurer (no pool, unlimited nodes) would be $3,825 — pooled plans get cheaper as the fleet works harder. Estimates only.

+Why credits instead of seats?
Security work isn't evenly distributed. One breach investigation can outweigh a quiet quarter. A pool lets the fleet spend where the risk is, without you buying licenses for people who aren't under attack this week.
+What exactly is the upcharge?
Additional agent work bills at model cost plus your plan's Aktoh rate per 1,000,000 tokens. The Aktoh margin is $5.00 on Adventurer, down to $1.55 on the largest tier; it is not the total model-and-usage cost.
+Why does Adventurer have no credits?
Adventurer has a $0 platform fee, unlimited nodes and devices, and no included credit pool. Usage costs the AI models used plus $5.00 per million tokens. Separate SLAs are not available on Adventurer.
+Can a bill run away from me?
Spend alerts help track usage and projected cost, but they do not cap the bill. Usage beyond the pool remains billable at model cost plus your plan's Aktoh rate. Review expected demand before choosing a plan or credit block.
+What are outcome packs?
Outcome packs are separately scoped engagements, such as evidence preparation, penetration testing, or incident support. SLAs are separate optional add-ons for eligible paid business tiers; buying an outcome pack does not include an SLA.
