Pricing
One pool. One rate. One cap.
Paid plans include a monthly pool of credits shared across everyone you cover. Go past the pool and you pay a published rate per million tokens — or pre-buy credit blocks for less. Adventurer stays pure pay-as-you-go.

Get started1 credit = 1M tokens of agent work, pooled across your company. Yearly billing is 10× the monthly price — two months free. Every plan includes every agent.
Referred by someone? It's 20% off.
Arrive through a referral link and the discount applies itself at checkout — there is also a code field if you'd rather type it. It comes off the platform tier cost only, never your credits or token usage. Refer others and it stacks: five is a year free.
How referrals workEstimate your month
What will this actually cost?
Pick a month that looks like yours, or move the slider yourself. One credit is one million tokens of agent work, drawn from a single pool shared across your whole company.
135 of 900 credits left in the shared pool.
4 · What happens as the pool runs down
Credits top themselves up automatically and protection never pauses. Usage past the pool bills at $2.15 per 1M tokens, and you're alerted at 50%, 80% and 100% of the pool with the projected month-end figure — so the fleet is never limited by a balance, and you're never surprised by one.

What a credit is. One credit is 1M tokens of agent reasoning. A quick scam check is a fraction of one; a full intrusion investigation can be dozens.
What overage means. Past the pool nothing stops — work simply bills at $2.15 per 1M tokens, and Professional is cheaper per token than every plan below it.
What the alerts do. Credits re-up automatically, so the system always defaults to protecting you rather than being limited by a balance. You're told at 50%, 80% and 100% of the pool, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
The same usage on Adventurer (no pool, unlimited nodes) would be $3,825 — pooled plans get cheaper as the fleet works harder. Estimates only.

SLAs are written per customer — response times, escalation paths, coverage hours, and remedies are all negotiable — and are only available on paid business tiers. Outcome packs are separate: you buy the result rather than the tokens, and they can sit on any paid plan. Adventurer includes unlimited nodes with usage billed per 1M tokens and no platform fee.
Beyond the pool
Buy capacity, or buy the outcome.
Four ways to shape spend around how security work actually arrives.
Credit blocks
From $250 / 100 creditsPre-buy pooled credits at a discount. They stack on top of your plan pool and roll over for 12 months.
Surge capacity
Metered, opt-inDuring an incident the fleet can burn a month of credits in a day. Surge lets it, at a pre-agreed rate you approve in advance.
Outcome packs
Quoted per outcomePay for the result, not the tokens — SOC 2 evidence, a completed pen test, a clean dark-web sweep — backed by an SLA.
SLA & dedicated team
Add-onResponse-time guarantees, named engineers, and white-glove setup layered onto any paid tier.
Questions
Straight answers about the bill.
+Why credits instead of seats?
Security work isn't evenly distributed. One breach investigation can outweigh a quiet quarter. A pool lets the fleet spend where the risk is, without you buying licenses for people who aren't under attack this week.
+What exactly is the upcharge?
When the pool is empty, additional agent work bills at your plan's rate per 1,000,000 tokens. Bigger plans carry a lower rate — Adventurer $5.00, down to $1.55 on the largest tier.
+Why does Adventurer have no credits?
It's the free on-ramp. Zero platform fee, unlimited nodes and devices, and you pay purely for the tokens you use — no credit pool. Everything else about the product is identical.
+Can a bill run away from me?
No surprises: spend alerts fire at 50/80/100% of the pool, each with a projected month-end figure, and credits re-up automatically so core protection never pauses.
+What are outcome packs?
For work with a defined finish line — an audit-ready SOC 2 evidence set, a scoped pen test, an incident retainer — you can buy the outcome under an SLA instead of paying for tokens.
Start free. Add credits only when the work justifies it.
Run the whole fleet across unlimited nodes at zero platform fee — you pay only for tokens. Move to a pooled plan when the usage justifies the lower rate.
