Why you should not look yourself
The marketplaces are hostile infrastructure. Visiting exposes your device, and buying a 'sample' of your own data funds the trade in it.
What a real finding looks like
Not a screenshot of a forum. A statement: which breach, when, which data classes, and what that specifically enables against you.
What it cannot do
Nothing removes data once traded. Monitoring buys you time to rotate credentials before the data is used, which is the entire value.
