Start with client-specific authority
Falls Church, Virginia — October 26, 2026. Aktoh Cyber invites managed service providers and managed security service providers to discuss its partner program. A provider's administrative access should not become blanket permission for automated changes across clients. Identify each tenant's authorized reviewers, permitted systems and escalation contacts.
Evaluate separation and reporting
Test tenant boundaries, privileged access and evidence exports before connecting client data. Agree which actions require approval, how reports reach the client and how incorrect recommendations are handled. A single fleet model does not establish that every client integration is supported.
The partners page provides an inquiry path. Confirm commercial rates, white-label terms, retention and support in the agreement before offering them to clients. Usage beyond a pooled allowance remains billable; spend alerts are not caps. This invitation does not announce a signed provider partnership or verified customer result.
Takeaway. Define the scope, protect sensitive information and verify supported controls before relying on an automated recommendation.
